Dr. Adip Kotpal and Dr. Ruchi Kotpal possess a strong focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement. To maintain the highest standards, Rebanta Labs actively participates in the monthly biochemistry External Quality Assurance Scheme (EQAS) conducted by CMC Vellore for a period of two years. Additionally, the lab frequently engages in inter-lab comparisons with other NABL-accredited laboratories to ensure optimal precision and accuracy in test results.

Dr. Anupam Varshney
MBBS, MD
Dr Anupam Varshney is a highly accomplished pathologist, renowned for his expertise in the field of pathology. He has completed his MBBS and MD from a prestigious government medical college and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Rebanta Labs.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Varshney has made significant advancements in the field of pathology. He has supervised and co-supervised numerous postgraduate MD /MS research theses showcasing his commitment to academic excellence. He has served as an esteemed examiner for esteemed universities evaluating the achievements of medical professionals and promoting excellence in this field.
Dr. Varshney’s research acumen is evident through his extensive publication record with more than 38 articles in PubMed-indexed journals and many more in various national and international journals. Furthermore, he has been actively involved as a chairperson in multiple conferences in the field of pathology. Presently Dr. Anupam is a Professor in the Department of Pathology at Muzaffarnagar Medical College.
With a passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements, Dr. Varshney specializes in the area of Cytology both fluid and soft tissue cytology, histopathology infectious pathology, dermatopathology, oncopathology, hematopathology, and bone marrow cytology. At Rebanta Labs Dr Anupam Varshney ensures the delivery of accurate and insightful diagnostic services.
Dr. Ruchi Kotpal
MBBS, MD
Dr. Ruchi Kotpal (MBBS, MD) is a highly accomplished microbiologist with an impressive academic background. She completed her MBBS from the University College of Medical College, Delhi University, and pursued her MD in Microbiology from the esteemed institution of Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi, in 2012. With 11 years of experience in Laboratory Medicine, she specializes in culture and sensitivity, along with various fields within Microbiology.
Dr. Kotpal possesses remarkable expertise in isolating both fastidious and non-fastidious organisms from diverse samples, including urine, blood, and respiratory specimens. Her proficiency extends to the interpretation of culture results, contributing to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. As the owner and co-founder of Rebanta Labs, Dr. Kotpal combines her extensive knowledge with her passion for delivering reliable and high-quality laboratory services.
Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology at NCR Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut, Dr. Kotpal remains actively involved in research activities. Her commitment to advancing the field of Microbiology is evident through her numerous publications in esteemed National and International journals.

With a stellar academic background, Dr. Kotpal has earned his MBBS degree from the prestigious Subharti Medical College, Meerut. His insatiable passion for expanding his knowledge led him to obtain a Diploma in Ultrasonology from Delhi, thereby sharpening his already profound expertise in this field.
Currently, Dr. Kotpal is endeavoring to broaden his scope in the healthcare domain by pursuing his MD in Community Medicine from NCR Medical College. His unwavering commitment to lifelong learning is indicative of his dedication to his patients, ensuring they receive the most updated and effective care.
Dr. Kotpal’s impressive career, spanning 15 years in the field of Ultrasonology, stands as a testament to his relentless pursuit of professional excellence.
